Liverpool went down to the Athletico in their friendly in Anfield. It was a special game for Torres as this was the first time he was against his former employers. He had vowed that he would not celebrate if he scored but it was Sergio Aguero who started the scoring and the lead was doubled by Forlan before Torres hit the post.
