Slight tremors were felt in Chennai in the early hours of Sunday(June 13th). It is thought be in the range of 2.6 on the ritcher scale. I felt my body moving both ways as I was watching the World Cup match between England and United States. Initially I did not realize it was a tremor and when my sister came running towards me and asked if I felt any tremor, I realized that. On checking with my friends in Chennai, I can confirm that slight tremors were felt in the city. One of my friends who was boozing at that time in his house even told me that the bottle was "shaking". The time was roughly around 1.10 a.m...
